This complaints is with respect to Airtel HotSpot Number :[protected], Complaint NO : 85562566 registered on 28th May 2018.
Let me start from very beginning, i reside in the address that i have provided @ the time of activation, i have well esquire'd before i purchase the device about the network, after checking the Guys in the Airtel showroom said it is absolutely fine and superb network where i reside, and than i go ahead and purchased the device and started using, this deive is mainly used in my residence where my Son will use to connect internet, which is critical requirement for me, and at-times i will also work from home for critical times and odd times where i can't travel to the office, like mid night or early in morning, late in the night, So both my requirements are critical to me and i expect at lease good bandwidth for Download and upload, but most pathetic thing is that the network is so bad it will most of the times never cross 1.5MBPS for download and image upload speed it will be dangling, struggling to reach 0.5MBPS, imagine with this pathetic, worst, disgusting, speed how do we manage critical and daily requirement, and i thought registering complaint with Airtel expecting cust delight and resolution will happen as it shows in their adv or Slogan, but the real fact is its dead opposite, its been almost 2months, still unable to get my promised speed by Airtel and at least 1/2 of that. its been very disappointment being leading company in Telecom airtel is unable to resolve the issue that is registered just 20 KMs from IT Hub of India, Benagaluru and its just outskirt of Bengaluru Was this information helpful? |
