[Resolved] Bharti Retail — Twice payment for one bill

I have purchased rs. 892 on dated 18th dec 2016 from easy day sec 5 kurukshetra and i have paid through credit card but transition was failed in swap machine and i had paid this amount by cash. But in my credit card statement which cycle is 16th march to 15th april 17 amount deduct on 31st march and credited in your account. When i checked this transition, i have visit at easy day sec 5 and they were saying that this transition period is much before date and we can't do anything. I have put a mail regarding this on sm.[protected]@futureretail.in on dated 29th april but still i am waiting for resolve the issue
