Hi,

I have submitted money to one of your executive who came in my house for service of my refrigerator. He took the money by asking that he will bring the part of Refrigerator and install the same in two to three days. But even after 3 months I have not received the product nor your representative is picking up the call.
When he picked the phone used a poor language with me and said that if you want to complaint you can complaint where ever you want to do.

I want resolution of this matter and need immediate assistance over same
