Sir,
My jio phone pre booking has been done on my jio number [protected] but since i had lost connection on that number and even not able to replace the sim from jio store, i feel that i had lost my rs 500\- as pre booking charge.
Hope you understand my problem and help me either by refunding or by changing the number of pre booking to [protected]. Since, i need to get the otp for purchasing my jio mobile.

I have ordered a mobile from Flipkart lite redmi note 7 and the merchant name ia flashtech retail . Its not showing any order details and the cut the money from my account and they just showing order is but about the deliveri and date time both are not showing even my address is also not showing please help me on the same issue
