Bharti Retail — Order received is different colour /operating button not working/no ear phone

I have placed the order of Nokia 1650 mobile to Bharti E-retail through Rediff Shop & Gift. Order No 13810172. Ihave placed the order of Nokia 1650 Metalic Red color but they have send black . The main operating button inbroken, notwoking properly and there is no ear phone in box for FM Radio .

I have complained about it to the Merchant by Mail and phone about it to replace it but they are not giving responce .

Kindly do the need full .
