A unicorn glass cooktop was bought from easyday ajnala road amritsar store on 14/09/2015 with two years warranty. Its glasstop bursted out of the blue today morning fortunately enough not leading to some serious accident.Your customer care executive when approached for the resolution firstly bluntly refused for any kind of onus and then failed to provide even the raison company contact no. which is prima facie your business partner.Contrary to it warranty card clearly states that in case of any damage or complaints the customer would primarily approach the concerned easyday store only.
With unheard and unresolved issue we tried to meet the said store manager Mr. Balbir Singh personally but he was preinformed about the situation and was hesitant to attend us and finally after talking to him there was a direct refusal for any kind of resolution.
Further on contacting Raison india which was the service partner, came to know that their service contract was till 2016 and no more in collaboration with you.
All this shows the unethical sale practices and how the customers are harrassed once the product is sold.
I am in possession of all documentary evidence required for resolution even then denied.
I need a prompt resolution of this issue asap
