Account suspension even after recharge of airtel dth account number [protected]and giving false statement. 1st recharge date: 12/9/17 amount: 477, as per the tele call discussion some issue with the technical problem. The representative informed issue will be solved within the same day and the recharge amount will be reflected to my account. The said amount was not been reflecting. On 13/9/17 one of the representative informed me the said amount has not been reflecting and will be done within 2 4 hours of time or the amount has not been credited. I recharge my account again of amount: rs. 477 still the account has not been resumed even after the several request. The reprentative again informing the same story server or technical issue.
