On 31st july 2013 I visited the easy day for my grocery shopping. Back home when I checked my bill I noticed that one item Mohun's corn flake bearing MRP of Rs.41/- was charged Rs.46:74p. Immediately I made a phone call and to my surprise the person receiving the phone was so rude and behaved in such a way as if I am at fault. I was asked to come immediately with the bills for settlement failing which the retailer will not be responsible.
Is it the way the customers are being cheated and not even apologise for the fault. Was this information helpful? |
