Bhim App — amount debited from hdfc account but not credited syndicate bank account.

On bhim sbi pay app i've added my hdfc bank account and transferred rs 3, 000 to syndicate bank showed success but it was not credited to syndicate bank.

I've contacted both syndicate bank and hdfc bank. But no one is responding properly and they said as it was third party application so they're not responsible.
