Bhim App — i paid money through bhim app for booking movie tickets, money debited but tickets were not booked. did not receive any refund

This is sudhamsu booked 3 movie tickets on 3/8/2018 for goodachari movie in cineprime theatre in guntur. I selected a20, a21, a22 and paid amount of 401rs. Later the amount debited and not booked my tickets. I didnot receive any mesage or email.
