We wish to bring to your information that on hearing the news that reliance communications limited will be closed down from 31.11.17, we ported the no.[protected] from reliance to airtel.
We received bill for the month of november 2017 for rs.228/- to airtel for the period 5th nov to 4th dec 17 and paid via paytm on 12.12.17. Receipt attached.
We have received bill for the period 11.11.2017 to 14.12.2017 from reliance.
We are surprised that when your services are not used by us why do we need to make payment against the bill date 15th dec 2017.
We request you to please look into the matter and close the same.
We will not make any payments to you. We need a solution and proper feedback in the matter.
