Bhupendra Mehta — amount transferred but not received in another account

I have transferred my money from one account to another account through bhim application but sudden i got the message that your payment status is pending. Money is deducted from my account but not received in the transferred account. Please resolve this issues and release my money as soon as possible. That is my tuition fees. Please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i have to bear a huge loss. Your application is very good this is the first time i have to face this kind of issue. I have transferred this amount yesterday evening but still, i did not receive the amount.
