[Resolved]  BIESSE — RE: SELCO EB S/N: 67462

I would like to file a complaint on one of our Biesse machine - SELCO EB120 S/N: 67462 which had stopped working and we keep changing spare parts as requested from one of your branch BIESSE MALAYSIA but the machine would still not work. It has been over 1 year the machine had stopped working. My boss is very angry of this matter as machine is very important to our factory to process everything. It is a waste of money to keep buying useless spare parts but the machine doesn't even work. Technician from BIESSE MALAYSIA also come a lot of times and we have change every part they asked us to but up until today, the machine is still there without moving. Please check with BIESSE MALAYSIA and see what you can do with this machine as fast as possible. Please contact me if you would like to view every spare part invoices that had been made. Thank you.
