I would like to file a complaint on one of our Biesse machine - SELCO EB120 S/N: 67462 which had stopped working and we keep changing spare parts as requested from one of your branch BIESSE MALAYSIA but the machine would still not work. It has been over 1 year the machine had stopped working. My boss is very angry of this matter as machine is very important to our factory to process everything. It is a waste of money to keep buying useless...
