Big Basket — Selling almost expired products and at higher prices

I am buying things from big basket for the past 6 years. Every time they say sorry, and their escalation team call up to apologise but they have not improved till date, infact getting worse with time.

I buy few things from them because they are not easily available or else i would have left these PPL long back.

Just have a look at Saffola Aura Olive oil that I buy because I have thyroid and this i bought on 11th May 2024 and bought the same on 1st May as well . Look at the mfd date, that is if 2023 🤬🤬. When I tell these people they are like "abhi expire hua to nahi abhi time hai". What do you mean just because it has time to expire, i should buy because it is available to these PPL only. They are selling the 500ml fir 750 but it's actual price in the market is 550.

Then they have gluten free poha half kg which they sell for 89 rupees but actual price is 49 to 50 rupees, Pansari brand.

Attaching the pix of both. I am going to take action against their quality. Look at the bottle condition. I need refund of three almost expired bottles from these people.
