Stale products blocked refund

This is with regard to my order placed on 25th January 2025. I received three bad apples and one spoiled skim milk packet. I duly sent them an email along with the pictures supporting my claim on the 25th itself. Account Deactivation

I have different account for different family members, which is allowed as per bigbasket website terms and conditions. They had deactivated saying multiple accounts and similar order patterns as the reasons. They aren't refunding my wallet balance in those three accounts either....

Need compensation for the fraud/scam

Ordered 4 items from Big Basket on Sunday (16/06/2024). But I have received only 3 items around 5:30 pm 16/06/2024. I am not available so family members took delivery. Mental torture

Hello. My name is Simran. I am a regular customer of bbdaily. From few months I am facing very serious issue which seems to harrassing me mentally and physically. I was harrassed by delivery agent of bbdaily every morning at 6am for few days in March, as the person use the knock door every morning at 6 am and kept asking my mother ( who use to stay alone) either for the item he mentioned is not of good quality or for any his personal reasons....

Selling almost expired products and at higher prices

I am buying things from big basket for the past 6 years. Every time they say sorry, and their escalation team call up to apologise but they have not improved till date, infact getting worse with time.

I buy few things from them because they are not easily available or else i would have left these PPL long back.

Just have a look at Saffola Aura Olive oil that I buy because I have thyroid and this i bought on...

Account deactivated with refund amount in bb wallet

I ordered a pressure cooker from bigbasket and received wrong cooker with two different model body and lid so returned it on the very same day. Instead of refunding to my original bank account they refunded to bb wallet. In order to consume that amount I ordered some groceries and paid through bb wallet and remaining ₹45 from my UPI. Worm infested eggs

I had ordered eggs from BB and I received eggs that were broken and infested with worms. Return was immediately requested however till date no action has been taken despite several communications.

Charge of ballet

My bb wallet is showing -ve balance.As I am ordering from big basket it's showing to pay the negative balance.now my - be balance is -20.79, why it's becoming -ve which is completely fraud work by bigbasket.Kindly look into the matter, and let me know if the matter is solved .Here I am also sharing the screenshot for your reference.Please help into this matter....

My wife is foreigner and COD delivery boy didn't returned the remaining amount but promised to add in wallet. Why in wallet?

I want return Cash only by tomorrow only
Do I have to waste my time behind this nonsense, they must return cash at DELIVERY all time

Discrepancy in bill and excess amount being charged

I have ordered ladies finger 1 1/2 kg the original value while ordering in the website it showed which cost around to Rs. 51/-

But in the bill you have changed to Rs.62/- how? This is not the first time I see but sometime I left over. But this again continues means, you have to make compensation for the mental stress and agony . It seems that more than 100 persons may ordered the above item and the company gets credit and customer...

I placed a pre-paid order for 26 kgs Sona masuri. Delivery schedule 8-10 AM on 27th Jan 24.
Status was showing as out for delivery till late in the evening.
Mr. Prabha called me around 5.30 p.m. I couldn't take the call as I was driving in full traffic.
I called him within 2 minutes. His phone was either busy or no response.
I kept calling and he responded saying that he's left already and will call next morning...

Amount debited from bank account but order not placed

I placed a grocery order on Bigbasket on 14.01.2024.
(Order ID- TKOO[protected]

I did the payment from my SBI Account through net banking (Ref No of Transaction -IGAQSKVJH6)

The amount got debited from my account but the order did not get placed. I called Bigbasket Team and they also confirmed that the payment failed.
