[Resolved] Bigroots.in — I need my money back

I have ordered 3 products from bigroots.in on 7th november. It worth 497. I had made payment through paytm at the time i i was ordering it. And stillill not received it. Website is still showing being processed.
There is no update till now.

The contract number given on wedsite is unavailable. There is no other information to contact with the owner of website.

Suggest me something to get my money back.

I ordered at 3rd of November... tracking shows me it's in process...when i asked about it they never replied for my email and also they are not active on WhatsApp...

Same here my order is still processing.

I know somebody who gone helps me he is Crime branch police officer.
if anyone get the same problem call me or text me on my number
