I ordered 3 mobile case on 18th April, 2018 and paid ₹498 through debit card until then I have not received anything. My order number is 63008327. I'm trying to contact them but there is not valid number available. I also tried to email them but it seems that there is inbox is full. Please take right action against them and help me out with this problem. waiting for your reply....

As i saw ad on instagram, it was awesome back covers so i decided to purchase one for my moto g 4 plus, paid through upi, amount of 203 rs deducted but site showing that payment is pending. Further i tried to contact customer care[protected] it's unreachable. Totally fake guys don't go for it. I request the authorities to look into this and resolve the problem of victims like m and other to save future victims....

I've ordered a back cover with order id 97885 and i still haven't received any message about the delivery. Please do share the details about when will i get the order. Please inform me the details or give my money back. Even the phone no. Displayed on the site is a wrong no. Please do something about it. I cannot even reach the company people. Kindly resolve this matter. This is urgent....

I had ordered a case for my mobile phone and paid by debit card. But after 3 weeks also i didn't receive my product. When i tried to contact them through mails they didn't reply to any of the mail's nor the given phone number is correct. So vasicalky they cheat people by taking the money and not sending the product. They are earning crores by cheating. Kindly make sure that this company is shut down...

I saw the ad of bigroot.in on instagram. I found the cover very cheap n attractive. So that why i placed the order for 4 covers. I made payment online with my debit card as there was no option for cash on delivery. No message, email received even after nine days of order placed. Screenshot is attached for order id number payment details. After searching on web i came to know that this bigroots.in is fraud website. Pls take action asap....

I had ordered a mobile cover 7 days back, and still have no idea abouts its proceedings. It's still being shown that the order is being processed. After i ordered, i had a flash of second thought about the delivery and ingenuity of the site given such a cheap product. I would like the authorities into the matter and take possible action before this site goes on with their rampant fooling of people

I ordered 2 case covers for redmi 4 on 14 december 2017.
And it's still on processing. There's no refund policy for that. There's no contact no. Or e-mail. The no. Given in the website is not working. It's always switched off. They are nit rplying for e-mail.
They are not telling the dates for order delievery.
I want my money back or else they show any date for delievery....

I have ordered a case for my redmi note 4 on december 8. I have recived only one confirmation mail no futher details or tracking information is provided to me. I ordered for one plus two cover and since five day it is processing. Now i can't reach the website and i don't know how to contact your customer care so check the details and if you can't then refund as soon as possible. And really it is waste of money and time just to order from your website. Just do it as soon as possilbe. Send or refund order no-77125...

I have ordered 4 products from bigroots.in on 30th november. It worth 596. I had made payment through paytm at the time i i was ordering it. And still not received it. Website is still showing being processed.
There is no update till now.

The contract number given on wedsite is unavailable. There is no other information to contact with the...

I placed order on 4th dec, on site, they write that product shall be delivered within 2-3 days... Today is 7th dec, still the status on site is processing the order... I think they are manipulating people... Money was paid instantly... And moreover, they do not respond on whatsapp num or other num given by them on site...
I request to take strict actions against them.
And return my money....

They are scammers. I have read alot of complaints regarding the processing of orders. They are scamming people. I ordered a cover on 26th of nov. And its showing that they are processing it. 8days have passed. Please take some action against them as soon as possible otherwise they will jst keep on looting people. The payment gateway is ccavenue. Which is a registered one....

I aniket agarwal from kanpur have ordered 3 back covers on 25th november, 2017 worth rs 447 +50 (Shipping charges) from bigroots.in. Whenever i track my order its always showing in processing. There contact support no. Is always not reachable. On whatsapp they also not respond. Cod option is not available. Only net banking is available. So i ordered it.

They give no response once your payment is done, there contact no. Is also out of reach always, they doesn't reply to your mails, there is no whatapp no. Its fake. This site is fraud. I have copy of bill also.

Hey i order 2 product from bigroots.in on 3 november 2017 nd the tracking page only show me that your order was proccesing i trying to contact with costomer care but they r always busy nd never pick my calls
And then i m trying to contact in whatsapp they say your order will be shipped in 3-4 days but its been 7 days now. Atleast i want my money back please help me....

I placed an order on 8th of october, and the tracking system only shows as processing.
There are no further updates, no response to the mails sent to them.
The number is always unreachable, or switched off.
There is no response provided on whatsapp, and no other means to contact them.
Also there is no option to cancel the order.
An estimate date for delivery has also been not provided by the site, if they...

They have responded on whatsapp saying they require further 4 to 5 days to get product delivered
And blocked me on whatsapp when i asked for confirmation the other day
Payment for the same was already paid since there was no cod option...
