Hi, I left Saudi in 2015 and my company paid the loan to one of Saudi bank against my final settlement. The interest portion of loan was not paid. It was an Islamic loan where bank addup interest for 5 years in advance.
Now I was followed by a collection agent from Bilkish with demand letter against loan. The harassed my family members living Pakistan.
I am trying to contact the bank to clarify above matter and write of[censored]nfair advance interest. Because I did use the loan for even 5 months and my job was finished. But bank is charged in 5 years interest in advance and add in principal loan amount.
Bank is not responding. Any way to tackle these Bilkish people because they just don't listen and don't understand, keeps calling and harras. Was this information helpful? |
