Earlier on the complaint prepared by M/s Anupam Motors dated 1.5.2018 the tyres which was burst was replaced by the local birla tyres dealer M/s Geeta sales, Bikaner.
Again the tyres product 11LAO11 1N16MIK Description 8.25.2018 (16 PR) BT 111 Sr. No. [protected] was defective which was sent to the local Dealer.
He vide his rejection advice dated 7.5.2018 has adviced that they are not able to replace the tyre by new one. Copy of the advice is enclosed.
We feel that there is an manufacturing defects in the Tyre and the local Dealer is evading to replace.
Will you please intervene in the matter by deputing your specialist to deeply go through the merits of the complaint and relief granted to us.
