I sri susil kumar padhi.was working in birla tyres and left my job in 2013.i have no UAN number till now .inspite of informing to my hr several times they are not generate my UAN number

I bought two tyre of 1024 cost 15000 each... From raja tyre. One of them is deffected... I complaint to the deler just after one day but he is not listening......

Earlier on the complaint prepared by M/s Anupam Motors dated 1.5.2018 the tyres which was burst was replaced by the local birla tyres dealer M/s Geeta sales, Bikaner.
Again the tyres product 11LAO11 1N16MIK Description 8.25.2018 (16 PR) BT 111 Sr. No. [protected] was defective which was sent to the local Dealer.
He vide his rejection advice dated 7.5.2018 has adviced that they are not able to replace the tyre by new one. Copy...

I have purchased 4 birla tyres. After use of 18000 km one tyre is scratched and given for replacement to general tyre agency, ganj bazar, anand gujarat on[protected]. They have send my tyre to birla company. There is no reply from birla tyre till date. When i enquired at general tyre agency they have replied your tyre given and pending for replacement in special case. Now today i enquired they have said your claim rejected. Such a good compnay...

I bought my birla tyre at 09/062015 size 120 80 17 and am facing some real problems like tyre wobbles and because of that my bike unsafe to drive it wobbles and by all means i have checked everything like rear wheel bearing front wheel bearing swingarm bushing rim out but my everyone told me that tyre has problem so i kindly request u to check my problem i have been to the dealer and he has told me to wait for company response......

Narshing Automobiles was sanctioned the dealership of birla tyres in the month of October,2009. As dealer narshing automobiles fulfilled the target given by the company before the time given. Suddenly on 17th December,2009 when the staff of narshing automobiles went to the company to bring tyres with a demand draft ask by the company the day before, the staff was denied and the company official informed that the dealership has been cancelled...

i had complained several times to company about failure of a truck tyre size 10.00 * 20 to company since august 08. company engineer visited but he was here just to say NO. even after regular requests on their mail address they are not not ready to hear on metter. they are not accepting their product failure dur to quality reason and are rejecting on basis o[censored]ses problem which is not genuin as per my experience of 15 yrs in transport...
