Birla Tyres — Regarding change my Tubeless tyre for bike

Dear sir, I my self Akhilesh jha bought a Birla tubeless byike tyre ( size-100/90/18) from M/S TYRES PLANET, WZ-100, NEAR by brahma appt., sec-7, dwarka, new delhi-110077. phone no.-[protected], Owner name is Suhaib on 10.04.2014.After using it up to 31.august.2015 the tyre was bulged out and made my drive very uncomfortable and unsafe.On 3rd September 2015, I went to shop keeper and made complain about it. He asked me to give the tyre back and assured me that after showing the tyre to company Engineer, he will change the tyre with new one but after given his defective tyre to him on the same day i.e. 03.09.2015 he has not changed it till now. Even though I am continuously pursuing him over phone but he is not picking up my phone and not giving favourable response till today.You are requested to look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
