I have purchased 4 birla tyres. After use of 18000 km one tyre is scratched and given for replacement to general tyre agency, ganj bazar, anand gujarat on[protected]. They have send my tyre to birla company. There is no reply from birla tyre till date. When i enquired at general tyre agency they have replied your tyre given and pending for replacement in special case. Now today i enquired they have said your claim rejected. Such a good compnay i have lost my faitl from birla tyres and in my circle too. Kindly replace me my tyre and give me new one. Was this information helpful? |
