I have enrolled my wards Srihaan and Aanya for Byjus program in 4th and 1st standard.
As part of this process, we have paid 5000 for 3 consecutive times as the payments were failing each time.Overall 15000 is paid out of which 10000 is considered towards the course fee.
The remaining 5000 paid from phonepe failed but the amount got debited from my wife's account. Now the transaction is showing as successful and byjus executive(Abdul Tanveer Khan) also confirmed that they received amount and asked me to raise refund request.
Please kindly help me in refunding this amount back to me. Attaching the screenshot for reference."
I have sent this email on April 13th 2022 after which the cancellation team asked for bank details and said the amount will be refunded after 5-10 working days. Now its September and still the amount is not refunded. I have moved out of India and gave an alternate contact number if they have any follow up questions. However the lethargic customer care/cancellation teams try to reach on my inactive India number and keep replying that I am not reachable. I am frustrated explaining new agent everytime and they end up doing same thing, saying relevant team will reach out to me. I have the entire email thread as proof.
