Why the Mentor is not calling me and why Mentor is not approachable .
First Ms.Nandhini was our Mentor.she was changed without our notice.
After that so many Mentor changed without notice.
Currently Mr.Sasikumar called me 15days ago.
After that no message nor no call from him.
I informed him to call me and update the status.
No response from him. Completely useless.
Earlier Mr.Sasikumar having personal issues with family and I am completely understand his concern and I do have sympathy for him and his family.
But I am worried about my daughter Learning is affected.
My Mentor also doesn't know when the board exam is starting and what is the preparation for the same.
No one is responding to my email.
The doubt resolution session schedule for today 18th February 2023 was not confirmed until now.
You people are not aware of anything.
My daughter future and her learning is affected because of your negligence.
The parents teacher meeting also not happened

I received the below message for the Meeting on Saturday 28th @2PM.
I and my daughter join the meeting and the Mentor didn't join the meeting
Called customer care so many times and there is no proper response
Every time I call without solving the query asking for Feedback which is Annoying.
I paid 35000 for fees for Class 10 and the response is useless from Byjus
I am very disappointed regarding the same.
I need a call from my mentor and solve the issue to continue in Byju's
