Bad 😕 It seems that BloomsVilla has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Ordered the product on 19th Jan 2022 which didn’t get delivered on the mentioned date so dropped the complain mail but no action take still they decided to send it next day and we didn’t accept the order so now neither they are returning our money nor delivering the order, I tried calling them thrice but was put on hold for 30-35 min each time only to get my call disconnected...
These people would not care to respond to calls.. once picked and confirmed it will reach in 10 mins. It's already 3 hours now.. and I have not received the order yet... It's a birthday and how are we supposed to plan if this is the kind of service.. if they cannot deliver then they shouldn't accept the orders... Very pathetic customer service... Chats also are not helping.. I would have rather chosen a different agency for this... Their...
I placed an order around 6:30 and the order was supposed to reach the person before 9 but it has not been received by anyone till now but they sent me a mail that it was delivered. I was continuously trying to contact them but they were not answering . All the numbers provided by them are invalid or were not connected. No message was being replied . They are not even providing any information regarding my order. They have taken the money...
This was ordered for midnight 3rd delivery for Rs.2348. Received an email mentioning my place did not come under this delivery option. Since the occasion is now missed, i do no need this order anymore. Please take this as an official complaint and cancel with a full refund.

They have not delivered the product. They are delaying . They don't reply on calls. They delay resolution on mails. Order placed in morning of 6 Dec and hasn't been delivered yet....
I placed an order BV2141509 yesterday but gave a wrong delivery address and hence I sent a mail asking to chance the address and also placed a cancellation request email.
But today the order was delivered to the wrong address so the receiver didn't recieve it.
I either need a refund or the order to be delivered to the right location....
I ordered a bouquet on 29 October for the event of the birthday of my mum which was on 30th October. the company promised to deliver at it on 30th October morning since there was some delayed by the company they said the delivery would be made in afternoon again there was a failed and delivery the company said the delivery would be made by evening 6 .
Later final delivery was made on 31st October by 2 o'clock which makes more sense...
My wife had ordered fresh flower bokke with 35 roses for wedding anniversary of father and mother whose order # is BV2138731H. Order was placed on 13th Nov and delivery was requested on 14th early hours.
