I had ordered 2 parcels which have been sent vis blue dart. Since 8th aug, it was showing out for delivery. So today i rang up customer care to find out whats wrong. They informed me that the delivery guys could not connect my phone no saying that lines did not get through. I thought the reason to be genuine and gave them my alternate number with a message that the parcel be delivered by 5 pm. They assured me with their sweet talks that it will be "certainly" done. I left my office at 5.50pm although my timings are till 5.30 and i receive the delivery guys call at 6.01pm. When i told him i have moved out he started hurling abuses and said i did not receive his call yesterday and claimed that he called me at 4 pm yesterday. When i am expecting a courier is there any reason of not answering calls? Plus the customer care gave a different version saying that calls could not be connected to my airtel number. May i know the intention of blue dart behind this? They are calling at 6.01 an saying will reach to deliver in 5 mins? How can i expect my 2 parcels to be delivered?? Was this information helpful? |
