Blue Dart Delivery Complaints & Reviews

Consignment was supposed to be delivered yesterday. At 10:00pm, yesterday, we receive a message saying that consignee is not available, which is not true.
We were at the address the whole day and no one came to deliver the consignment.
This is a recurring problem with bluedart., without attempting delivery or calling up the consignee, they mark the consignment could not be delivered as consignee is unavailable.
Very disappointed....

I had ordered 2 parcels which have been sent vis blue dart. Since 8th aug, it was showing out for delivery. So today i rang up customer care to find out whats wrong. They informed me that the delivery guys could not connect my phone no saying that lines did not get through. I thought the reason to be genuine and gave them my alternate number with a message that the parcel be delivered by 5 pm. They assured me with their sweet talks that it...
