Faulted in earphone

Shipment #[protected]. Received document in damage condition which was very important for me. Bule dart executive hand over the courier at Tim cove was folded 3 tive and was rub like ruff paper. So my dicement u der cover was damaged. I want new replacement if that certificate in good condition. This was damaged because of Blurdart only.

Pl do the needful..

My waybill number: [protected]. When I tracked my consignment, tracking details showing "out of delivery area". Neither I can contact blue dart executive for one to one assurance of my shipment nor I can contact Alipurduar blue dart office for further information.
Kindly provide a solution ASAP.

Irresponsible answer from customer care and they really do act like international standards! Icic bank should never choosen this bluedart to deliver our credit cards. Never providing a exact details about tracking the courier and the person who deliveries it, they think we must run back of them . Bluedart says enquire bank, in bank they say to request bluedart ask them to send back the courier to nearest icic branch, it will reach in one day . But bluedart customer care people say, sorry we can’t do that, ask your bank to send as mail. Really getting annoyed with bluedart people, being pregnant I can’t travel here and there for your irrespective answers. For all this, I must really take a effort to complaint ur authority this is second time. Because of bluedart courier I am going to close my icic account and a complaint there too . ( 0/10 ) never will upgrade your standards.

I have booked for delivery of my package from mumbai to pune on 12 July. but till now no one has approached me for a pickup

Today I received my order from Homingos but the co. had written somewhat incomplete address and the delivery boy named Sharukh Khan of Shastri Nagar branch, Ajmer called me said very rudely that your order has come and blamed me for incomplete address, I told him the address but he refused to deliver until I take my parcel from him. He was impolite, rude. He responded rudely on phone also. Every courier company deliver customer's order to their doorstep but he was in such a attitude as he told me if you want your order, come to this road or else I will go back to return your order. Hope for good help.

My consignment POD:[protected] dispatched on[protected] form AMFI Chennai to Prabhat rahul akberpur Ambedkar .But I haven't got it till today while the customer care people are telling that it has been delivered on April 2, 2021.

उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत मेरे नाम से एक पार्सल Blue Dart Courier द्वारा भेजा गया जिसका ट्रैकिंग नंबर AWB-[protected] है जिसके डिलीवर की तिथि उसमें लिखे गए पते पर 12 जुलाई 2021 संदेश के माध्यम से हमें बताया गया परंतु आज 14 जुलाई 2021 संध्या तक भी पार्सल डिलीवरी नहीं कराया गया है ।

इस संदर्भ में मेरे द्वारा सीतामढ़ी के ब्लू डार्ट कोरियर पॉइंट में बात किया गया जिसमेंं उन्होंने बताया कि आपका कंसाइनमेंंट आया हम उसे डिलीवरी करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं परंतु अब तक उनके द्वाराा नहीं किया गया जो मेरे समझ सेे सही नहीं है।

I have not recieved my delivery . When tracked the waybill it says " They were unable to locate address" . Delivery person never called me for the same .

Please help in getting the delivery done

My passport pickup for stamping was scheduled on 10 july. But the pickup was canceled without making any attempt. When i tracked my pickup status via awb then i came to knew it was canceled....

I ordered the fit wise watch for my father which cost me Rs.3000 but this was totally a waste of money. Other websites are selling this watch at Rs. 500 and that's the actual cost of this watch. The watch is even not working properly.This kartconnectt.com and blue dart are totally fake. They are cheating people with their false advertisment on the news section of google, chrome etc.They even haven't provided their mobile numbers through which we can contact them and return or replace the watch. Please take strict actions against them.

I received the following message from one of your clients on 12.07.2021.
"Hi! Your jainntraders order[protected] for HIT Anti Roach Gel has been shipped by Bluedart- DartPlus with tracking number [protected]."
Yesterday I received the following message from BlueDart:

"Your order from jainntraders is dispatched through Blue Dart Awb# [protected] will be delivered by 17-JUL-21.Track us on www.bluedart.com"

I may inform you that I have not made any such order. Kindly enquire how the article has been shipped to me.

My parcel with way bill no[[protected]] supposed to deliver on 13/07/2021. But the delivery boy mob. [+91-[protected]] called me and ask my address. After noted my location he refused to deliver the parcel at my doorstep and asked me to collect my package from their hub which is almost 50 kms. from my home. I have been suffering great lose due to the issue. This is very much inconvenient. At this point i want my product as soon as possiblebr...

Hey Hi Team, I'm currently located in Ayyannapeta, Vizianagaram pincode -535002.
But as per Bluedart records my location is in not their limits home delivery.. any keep calling me to collect package.

I have located exactly 2.75 km away from Vizianagaram town RTC bus station and part of Municipal corporation not sure how buledart operation things here.

After this i paid him personally Rs.1099 to receive parcel on his Personal Number UPI.
He said me to contact Bluedart to receive the refund of the failed transaction.

Its More than 5 Months they don't respond to my complaint.

I asked help from H&M they said we don't care for your refund the payment is done between you and bluedart.
I confirmed that payment was made from my side from axis bank.

Please help me H&M also banned my account so i can't further do any action on this
Escalation no is[protected] for this case i registered in H&M also but they don't take action.

I am attaching all the statement where Bluedart and H&M are saying they don't received my payment and i attached confirmation of axis bank that transaction is successful and my bank statement for that day.

Please help me if someone is reading this.

Product quality is not good. Product is as expected. It's quality is old .i want to return my order ..
