Blue Dart Express — Non delivery of shipment at correct address

My waybill number is [protected] and it reached Vidyaranyapura, India on Jan 05, 2024. It is notified in the tracker that the pin code is wrong, and it is returned to the hub.
I have received all the couriers and online shopping deliveries on time on the same address without any problem and I have rechecked the address on the courier.
Their customer care number is not available, and no further contact could be done.

Hi my parcel picked op by bluedart for delivery but bluedart delivery person called me And said to deliver my parcel to next day, i said ok. then he asked for otp, i said when you'll come to deliver parcel I'll give you otp. He said no it will be cancelled. i said not a problem.

Bluedart — Shipment delayed

U was supposed to receive my apple airpods today on 12/18
However after reaching a point close to my home it has been redirected with web and delivery delayed.
No one reached out to inform the delay or coordinate it....
