FOR PRIZE MONEY

R/Sir,
i got an email from BMW Auotmobile Lottery that i won the car & cash . I contceted to company by mail . They mailed me that we delivered your prize money to Royal Security Company UK.
Then i got mail form RSC that you have to pay 39200 for yourprize.on 30th Aug2009 a DIPLOMAT from RSC reach Mumbai and called me for Rs39200. But i am not able to pay .
If BMW prominent company really wanted to give me prize...

Non cooperation by Staff People and poor after sales services

My name is Vijay. I bought a BMW 320i in 2008. I was excited to have a car like BMW. Alas! After exhibiting some good show for some days, its automatic gear box started to do some problems. I was not able to understand. I complained about this. But even their mechanic got no idea whatsoever, where the actual problem lies. I am feeling disgusted and unhappy that even after spending so heavy amount I can't claim that I have a good car....
