My ticket number 472557. I booked complaint about my headphones cannot working. And this is in warranty period. And they picked my product on 22 august 2019 but till it cannot delivered to me. I try to contact them through email and phone also but their is no reply from thier side. Please help me in this concern.

    Hello there,
    I have registered a complaint to boat official site regarding exchange of my earphones, with ticket no. 435690
    They have managed to pickup the product and product already the destination by 29-aug-2019. But there is no further updates on its return and the customer service aren't picking up calls, replying to emails. Plz help me out asap.

      I order boat basehead 225 earphone from amazon on 28 july 2019 but after 14 days there is a problem with my earphone and i claim the warranty and they generated my ticket no. 449890 and on 27 aug it successfully received by the service center and on 27 aug he said it replaced on 2 or 3 days but till now it has been not dispatched, many time i called their customer service but they said i dispatched this product by this evening and sometimes he said this product is out of stock and from yesterday when i call them to know the product they didn't pick my call plz help me

        Hello there,
        I have registered a complaint to boat official site regarding exchange of my earphones, with ticket no. 408648
        They have managed to pickup the product.
        But there is no further updates on its return and the customer service aren't picking up calls, replying to emails.
        This is really awful service provided by such a emerging brand.
        Please help me out on this matter.

        After a month and a week of continuous mails to marketing head, it finally returned the product with different colour and model . Atleast it returned
        I have registered a complaint for my boat bassheads 100 black headphone, it's one side was not working. My ticket number is 1328647. They picked up my product on 26th of July and it's reached to the seller on 1st August. Seller checked the product and replacement of my product was issued on 5th August. Since 5th of August till today 15th August, it's still not dispatched. I have called them, they said they have run out of this particular colour headphones and suggested me to take white colour. I agreed to them but still they didn't dispatch my product.

          Sir i made a replacement request of boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphone on 02/08/19. They have picked up the product on 06.08.19 but after that whenever nobody pickup the call in customer care now it is 1 month past till now i am not getting any response or a single call from their end,

          Product status showing that replacement product has been issued on 14.08.2019 but till the date they don't dispatch the product. Please help me my ticket no 406837.

          I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

            I bought 2 boat rockerz 261 earphones on 12/819, one is working fine but other one is not working after 10-15 days. I registered a complaint for it, on there website, uploaded the invoice and they replied that, warranty is expired, I bought these on 12/8/19. And I have warranty card saying that 1 year warranty.
            I tried contacting on customer service number, but no one talk to me, just kept me in line and disconnected the call.
            I don't expect this kind of service from boat.
            I am uploading the invoice and mail, they sent me.

            Now It has been 8 days boat service is not responded yet.And also there customer care number us always busy and if they pick the call they are not answering well.
            I claim warranty for my both side non working earphone on 15july they approved it by 16 July, but till now no one came to pick up that product. When I asked for my complaint status of Ticket Id 1289643, every time I got same mail that our representative will contact you with in 24 hours. It has been more than 3 months but I am still hoping that someone will contact me. I had provided every detail to them-order id, ticket id, invoice, email, contact number but nothing happened yet. So Its a humble request to you people please kindly inform me either you are going to help me out or you are enjoying the situation where I am just because of your this quality of service.

              Hi i am farhan afroz i have raised a complaint for my boat bassheads 225 and my ticket number is 488071. My product has reached mumbai on 1st september till now it has not reached the service center for replacement. They are not even responding for calls. When will i get my replaced earphones. Boat very poor customer service. They are not even replying for mails.

              I got my replacd earphones 😍😍😍
              One of the ear of my boat 225 earphones is faulty so i decided to replace them. you picked up the product from me on[protected] and i haven't got any response from their side i tried calling the customer care and they are not attending the call. I have call them around 100 times
              On email they just sent me the link to register the complaint the service no.
              I need my earphones replaced in less than a week.

                Hi There,

                I am writing this with utmost hope that you guys will help me here in this problem that I have been facing for quite sometime.

                Details Of My Issue: I had purchased a boAt soundbar on July 15, 2019 from flipkart and initially the product was working good, but after 10 days it started running into issues intermittently and it's been chronic now. The issue is with the bluetooth connection, when we pair a device and play something it distorts a lot like playing and then stopping a bit and then playing. when I report this to flipkart they said it's more than 10 days and it is beyond their replacement policy and they can't replace it, all I have to do is contact boAt customer care.

                I tried registering my complaint in boAt support portal, but in vain. Then somehow I registered a complain and they tried getting back to me once or twice and saying they will send someone, its been more than 15 to 20 days there has been no response from their side and it's very disappointing. Please help me on this.

                  I had raised the ticket 431205 on 8th aug 2019 due to malfunctioning that comes under warranty. My product was picked up on 10th aug and received by service centre on 16th aug and there was a last update that on 17th aug that replacement product issued after that there is no further update regarding my product till now. I had tried to call on customer care number several times (Approx 50 to 60) but on one had picked up tha call even a single time alternatively i had written mails to them but there is no response regarding my product they just say call to our customer care number. I had heard that several of consumers of boat are facing the same problem. I can say that the boat has the worst after sale service and worst support staff i have ever seen in my life. They are just fooling there customer.

                  My ticket no is 1030555. it has been now 4 months since i returned the product and i haven't received boat bluetooth headset yet .Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the company . They received my product on 16th of aug and on 20th of june i got an update that product left service center and picked up by courier partner and while tracking the courier partner updates as not picked on 11th of june. The company is just fooling around its customers. I had tried calling on helpline number but they never connect the call . I ve tried for more than 100 times. Also mailed them and they said that they had received a stock of boat 255F which they will dispatch in a week and after that week they are not even replying to the mails . Im just sick of the after sale service of boat . Most of the customers are facing this issue. Kindly help

                    I have purchased boat rockerz 510 wireless bluetooth and product under warranty. Product got problem and registered complaint to co. Web site.co. Collected the product on 26th aug-19 and just told that it will returned within week but till now they have not returned. I tried call multiple time to customer care but their no. Is not responding. Written mail to co. But not response.

                    Boat representative pl. Take action on it.

                    I had purchased boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphones. After few months my earphones one speaker stoped working. i registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number - 1438417 and awb[protected], on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy. I got a message on 9th September 2020 that they have received my earphones in there service center. I tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -1438417, it shows on 12th september 2020 out for delivery they had accepted my earphones for replacement, so i tried calling on their customer service number from the date of replacement accepted by them, people in customer service are not even bother to answer our calls, it just keeps ringing. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above a month.

                    I am really concerned about my product

                    I purchased boat bassheads pink headphone .. but due to some issue it got repair... So I claimed warranty... Then they came and picked up my headphones for warranty replacement... After that it has been 20 days but the product has not been returned yet... So I tracked .. but it's showing replacement product issued... But still I didn't receive my product... I trusted them and gave... But it's not right ... So I kindly request you to do some help... Thankyou

                        Its my 34th day since my headphones are with them, they have received my headphones on 24 of july, nd i have received a mail stating that we will revert u back in 4 days about the repair or replacement. Since then i havent received a single mail from them. My ticket number is 382468, i have tried a lot times nd contacted there customer care, they told me we would dispatch the product by august first week, nd on 6th of august replacement was issued to me, then they told me its raining in mumbai so delivery would be delayed we would dispatch it by next week, nd this thing continues, i used to call almost each nd everyday nd they wont pick up the call after about 5 tries of waiting they use to pick up the call, and again the same story the product is out of stock we would deliver it my next week, nd again saturday sunday comes, on saturday they tomorrow is sunday please call us on monday we would dispatch your product, now on 16th of august again the change the status of my product nd issued replacemet again on 16th nd erase the past record, nd change all the dates now its showing they have recieved the product means the service center on 6th of august nd replacement was issued to me on 16th august, i have contacted them about this, there is no response from them about all this, now on 22nd i have talked to them they promised me that they would dispatch my product by 4:30 pm by today itself, then i asked them about my waybill number so that i could track my product, nd they provided me with a tracking id saying that you would receive the same tracking id by email by today itself when your product would be dispatched, i have called them again at 5:45 nd tried calling them again nd again at the end around 5;58 they picked up the phone nd i told the whole story again nd asked them to tell me when is my product going to dispatch, she said provide me ur waybill id that was given by our executive because there is some server issue, i have provided that, then she said your product would dispatch by 7pm by today itself i said thank you. Thats the whole thing that is going around, now im going to consumer court for all this, you guys also file the complaint againt this fraud company nd customer care.

                          Hi my name is subramanian. I have raised ticket 414700 for replacement on aug 6th 2019 as one side headset not working which falls under warranty. Its been two weeks since no one responded to my call or to my emails. Status of the ticket in their website is replacement product has been issued but no replacement received.

                          I am also unable to reach customer care after two attempts. No proper update or response. This case is handled by imagine marketing. Need someone to look into this asap!!!

                            Hi iam rachit basrur my ticket no is 394431 k had registered replacement for my headphones boat rockerz 450 as it's one side was not working and this product was under warranty. Ididnt get my replacement product since 16 days... Even no email from boat when i will get my replacement and when i contact to their customer care they tell today they will dispatch the product after few days when i contact again they say the same thing...

                              I got a replacement of my headphones. Ticket number is 382183. I asked them to change my delivery address and they did. But now, the headphones have arrived on old location. I contacted bludart (Waybill no - [protected]).
                              Bluedart's employee told me that i should contact boat company and the company would tell bluedart for changing delivery address. Now i am not able to contact boat company. They do not reply on email or on call. My headphones have reached mohali, punjab. But i need them at:-

                                I purchased Boat Wireless bluetooth earphone on 1st OCT 2019, after 15 days also not receiving any confirmation of my product.

                                Customer care no. Is also fake, after calling from last 15 days no one answering a call not even calling back.

                                Its really very worst experience i [censored]edil;ed till now.

                                This is too hectic. Company has no responsibilities against customer orders.

                                  I had purchased a new headphones (Boat bassheads 225 in-ear super extra bass headphones with one button mic (Lime green) of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1year. After a usage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, the mic stopped working.
                                  I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#379360] on 16th july) with the boat brand selling in india with name

                                    I have registered my product boat rokerzz 255 for replacement on 12 july 2019 under warranty. After receiving ticket no 368439 my device picked up from home on 16 july 2019. I have make lots of mails and calls but company not responding any of the above. I am requesting you to give my device back before my petitions got destroyed. Today is 25th day and i don't have received any response. Please kindly respond on my ticket no 368439.
                                    My product is issued by boat team but I didn't get replaced yet and they are not taking my calls and replying my mails.so please take action.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have registered a complaint on boat on 16-july-2019. Complaint no is : 376267

                                      On 22-july-2019, service center received my product for servicing and on 28-july-2019 i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any awb# from courier on this. I checked with courier and they said they did not receive any thing from boat.
                                      I am unable to contact customer care, call...

                                      I bought a boat bassheads 225 earphones from snapdeal on 21st feb 2019. Initially, the product was good but since the last one month, the sound quality has degraded and sometimes it gets imbalanced in both buds. And also one earbud and mic stopped working.
                                      Due to bad sound quality, it causes sometimes ear pains and headache problems.
                                      I want to claim my warranty and get it replaced with a new product as soon as possible
