The earphones which i have purchased on beggining of February one side of the earphone not working and there is no cutomer care center which even has the audacity to respond to a phone call, any other bransds atleast respond to mail boat doesnt have that policy, they provide you a number and just leave at it, so basically no on picks your call, and the other cell phone number is not valid, boat products seem like a scam to me now
