Boat — I am complaining about my boat super bass rockerz 400 bluetooth on-ear headphones with mic (grey/green)

I buyed boAt Super Bass Rockerz 400 Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones with Mic (Grey/Green) from amazon on 17 sept 2019, & now it is not working. It is still under warrenty.
I tried to contact boat customer care to complaint about it, they send one link to my mobile number to register complain but that link is not opening.

So, request you to help on this.
