Boat — Product under warranty service taking longer time than expected

We were facing battery issue with our boat product (boAt Airdopes 381 active black). Which was under warranty period. So we registered a complaint for service in their official website - https://support.boat-lifestyle.com
& Ticket number generated was 2440645
On 3rd June our product was picked up from their assigned employee & product reached servicing center at Padagha on 5th June.
Till now no updates have been provided in the website. Everytime when we call their customer service, they say"It will be updated in 3/4/5/7 days". For every 5 days we are calling them & they are saying the same thing since 5th June & no feedback have been asked regarding the service of the company.
Really we are facing a lot of issue in absence of our product. Kindly help us to fix it asap.
