Boat — raised ticket for replacement of boat rockerz 255 wireless earphone but customer care is not helping out

It's been more than 1 month that i have raised complaint about my wireless earphones.since then nobody has come to me for reverse pick up of my earphones. I have raised 406939 And 485116 tickets moreover I dropped 4-5 emails to customer care but they asked me to call on their customer care number. When I tried that number, was unable to get through.

This is very disappointing service. I need this is to be done ASAP. Please do the needful.
