I bought this bluetooth neckband of Boat from Flipkart on 20th September and it had a power-on failure on 19th October...
I registered a complaint and they responded to my request for replacement. Xpress bees courier guy picked the product from me and it was replaced. Then on December I received a message saying that my address is wrong. I contacted Xpressbees and they told me to ask Boat service to change my address. After weeks of regular calling I got connected to Boat costumer care and they told me to send a mail for changing my address. after sending the mail also I didn't get an update on my product. I called the costumer care again and it's been 2 weeks after they told me that they'll give an update within 72hrs. It's been three and a half months since my item has been gone.
