I had registered a complaint with boat on their website about an issue with my bluetooth speaker boat stone 200. My ticket number is 652511. On their website it shows the replacement has been approved but i've not received any kind of e-mails or messages and their good for nothing customer support never connects. They picked up the product from my location on the 12th and was delivered to boat on 16. They updated on their site that they recieved the product on 17 first and now it says they received it on 24th which is absolute # i'm really disappointed and sad that i bet my money on such a stupid company like boat. And it's companies like this that can't stand upto the expectations of the customers that ruins our country's name
