[Resolved]  Book My Yatra — Amount deducted from my account but ticket didnot get and money also not refunded

I tried to book flight tick from Ahmedabad to Kolkata in dated 04/10/2020 but amount was deducted from my account but ticket didnot get. I mailed [protected]@yatra.com but till the date didnot get any refund to my account. yatra.com is looting the customer in the name of booking.
