The site promises to refund you your money if they don't find your maid. However, after calling them multiple times they have not done this. Every time I call they promise to do it that day but just never refund the money.

I had an urgent requirement for a nanny. However, after paying the initial amount to book my bai, they did absolutely nothing to help me find a maid. The so called representative would not answer calls. This service is a waste of money.

This company is running a scam. They will take the money for booking a bai but if you don't want to go ahead with their service and ask for refund, they hardly bother to even revert to your calls or messages. Their representative by the name meenaz also seems like a fraud promising to help you but never even reverts to calls (i could't even get through the call possibly because the number must have been blocked) or even messages.

PEOPLE BEWARE. DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS.
