Dear mr anupam singhal,
I am a working mother and registered with you for a full time maid. The two maids sent to me for trial purpose, both were in experienced and unwilling to work. This i found after spending some 5-6 hours with them. I treated them very nicely with warm meals three times a day and warm bedding, warm water for bathing etc. Then i asked them to stay back and learn to work in a pleasant environment with me. However, they told that your field agent forced them to join with me against their wishes. I understand getting a good maid is very challenging these days and hence i registered with your company. Please ask your field agents not to force maids like this and trouble clients as well.
I further request you to refund my 1000/- registration fees as well.

Bookmybai does not provide quality and trusted maids. Very very poor service.
Please don't avail bookmybai service.
I am waiting for a maid replacement for 3 weeks but still they are not providing. If we call them also no proper response.

Terrible service. they kept postponing the availability of maid but never told that they don't have anyone. after months of wait, am chasing for refund which in itself is a horrible experience. never ever should anyone use their service

Worst Experience with the agency. The maid sent by them is not trustworthy at all..have taken money in advance and became unreachable. Not able to contact agency as well. Pathetic service.

Their CEO of Bangalore miss Pooja is extremely arrogant and does not currently have basic sense to talk to customer. With such arrogant CEOS this company reputation is down the draisn.
