We
purchased a dishwasher about six months ago. On 23rd Oct I faced a
problem. I was not able to start the machine. I am not sure why but the water
supply light kept blinking but I checked to ensure the water supply is on. So I
contacted Bosch customer care on 27th Oct (compliant no.[protected]
and requested for help. I was ensured that a technician would come in 24-48 hrs
to repair the machine. But after waiting for 2 days when no one turned up I
contacted customer care again and requested for the service I was assured that
the technician would arrive in next 24 hrs. I had spoken with someone from
Bosch several times by phone till date but no one has ever come to repair. No
one return my calls or even wants to travel to repair this expensive dish washer.
You would think they would read these reviews and do what they could to change
people's minds. Good customer service goes a long way. I am based out of Bangalore.
If the service is like in B’lore I am just wondering for people living in small
