Poor service, unresolved compressor issue, forced charges

I am filing this complaint against Bosch India regarding my refrigerator, which I purchased around 5 years ago. The compressor has now failed twice, most recently in June 2024. The first compressor was replaced earlier under warranty. I have attached the original invoice and the service history for reference.

Bosch washing machine fault

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your team. I had logged a complaint on 09.11.2024 regarding an issue with my washing machine (purchased on 04.06.2022) under complaint number [protected]. This is regarding an issue wherein the service id is : [protected].

Firstly without giving a resolution you folks have closed my ticket I have even bought an extended warranty which is still valid thankfully and you people are fooling around. I have no clue what you folks are doing.

This is really surprising and equally shocking to me your service folks did not resolve my ticket but happily cancelled it [protected]. They came first day asked me to see if Ice forming is happening for 3 to 4 days which I did and shared them the screenshots over whatzapp and the issue was still there.

Also second time they came and put a machine inside my refrigerator and asked me to wait for 1 week after that they came and collected after 2 weeks literally and since they have taken it is totally 4 weeks and today I got to know they have happily cancelled the ticket such carelessness with such a big brand like BOSCH am sure it will be your reputation hit am going to speak about this to all my circles.

You folks are pathetic and good for nothing,

Every time I call your customer care the person says I will put you on priority. Is the priority being assigned to close the ticket without any resolution absolutely disgusting.

Am unable to store items in refrigerator from past 2.5monts as they are constantly rotting such a pain you people are putting me through. No basic common sense in you folks to understand the customer issue.

    Paid for a new dishwasher on 8th Apr'24 and was promised delivery in 15days. Dishwasher was delivered on 25th but when the person came to install it, we realized it was a damaged piece that was delivered. The technician helped raise support for the replacement for a new dishwasher which was told will be delivered in 5days but till now (21st May'24) they haven't replaced it nor have they taken the damaged piece back yet. Wrote to support teams and called them also but they havn't helped much. The shop is not even refunding the amount.

      We bought BOSCH Front Load Washing machine in 2020, and it got spoilt a month back. The BOSCH technician inspected the product and told us that the drum is spoilt.

      We asked him to get it repaired by replacing the drum but he informed us saying drum of that model is not available now and hence we need to buy a new one and they will give us good discount on the new one. To buy a new one (Even after the so called discount that they are giving), I need to pay almost the same price that I paid for my old washing machine. I didn't agree to it as it is not my problem that they don't have that model now. I should not be forced to buy a new one.

      I should be given an option to get it repaired and I will pay for it.

      The model not being available now is not my problem. I asked them to provide me a new washing machine free of cost as they were not able to get it fixed for which they didn't agree.
      After reading all the comments here, I really feel that their customer service is extremely bad and we should stop buying their products
      Note : I had all these conversations with Manjunatha G (Manjunatha.[protected]@***.com), Area Manager of JP Nagar Branch and I must say that he is least bothered about the customer service experience and reputation of the brand
      We should strictly boycott buying BOSCH products

        Hi,
        My refrigerator got faulty on 22nd February. I raised ticket with Bosch customer care on 23rd February. they took almost 5 days to align Engineer at home to check and the day he visited the home he charged 800INR for just visiting saying that this charge will be applicable for 30 days. after checking he told us that power board of refrigerator is faulty, and it will cost around 3350 INR. I had no choice at that time, so I agreed, and he left the site saying that he will come after 3-4 days to replace part, now almost 12 days passed there is not a single update from Bosch customer care, I have marked many mails and getting ack' in revert.

        It is nightmare for me, If I were aware that Bosch will provide this type of service, I would never go for Bosch.

        You can imagine how are we suffering to manage without refrigerator.

        Really, I am feeling very cheated now.

          Washing Machine Defective; No respite despite multiple complaints

          Bosch Front Load Washing Machine - Not worth to buy

          We purchased Font load washing machine series 2 E-Nr : WAB1616IN/12, the machine was giving smoke and when technician visited they mentioned that Drum has been moved down and we need to change the entire drum part.

          When we requested how much is the drum part they mentioned there is no stock of this model and if so it might cost around 20000 ( For this rate we could get new washing machine itself ) .

              I am facing service issues with my new washing machine which was purchased on 06th Aug'23.

              The engineer visited several time and replace various parts but still the washing machine is not working.
              02 engineer visited and checked on the issue and informed again they are awaiting few parts.

                No spare part support

                My washing machine started vibrating during spinning. Raised a complaint with Bosch and said they need to change the shock absorbers. Changed them and paid after a wait of 1 week for receiving the spares. Issue not resolved. Now saying the drum is to be changed. After few days waiting, service center informing spare part not available. My washing machine is only 8 years old. Bosch advertised long spare part support. No I have no other way...

                I have requested by your toll free number for the service of my Bosch front loader washing machine purchased on[protected] from Pittappillil Agencies, Vellayambalam, Trivandrum, Kerala vide Invoice No.VLYM-F2SI 750. The main complaint is leakage of water from its bottom side and it is not in working smoothly. I have made a Service request from Mob. [protected] in your toll free number by which it is seen registered a Service Complaint vide No.[protected] and the job is seen assigned to Mr. Sankar, Technician. Even after 10 days, he did not care to attend the complaint and the company is also not caring to see whether the complaint is got cleared or to depute another man to attend the complaint. Please, take necessary steps to cure the defects at the earliest.

                  I had registered my complaint in Bosch on 9th September 2023. One technician came to check and said that there is issue with motor so needs to be replaced. the washing machine is in warranty. Since then till now I have received no update on it. no one is picking up my calls, no one is able to answer what is the delay. To avoid these issues I had invested in a good company washing machine Iike bosch but with the problem I am facing I would never recommend any one to buy this product. My complaint no. is[protected]. I want it to br resolve as on yesterday... this is ridiculous that a motor is taking more than a month to come. Never expected Bosch company to be so laid back. Very bad decision to buy Bosch company washing machine.

                    Bosch Company has not refunded my amount deducted for extended warranty claim after sharing the cancelled cheque as requested by them and it's more than 2 months now and still no refund done despite multiple email and phone followups.
                    Please have this escalated to highest level to resolve quickly and refund my amount.
