Hi,
My refrigerator got faulty on 22nd February. I raised ticket with Bosch customer care on 23rd February. they took almost 5 days to align Engineer at home to check and the day he visited the home he charged 800INR for just visiting saying that this charge will be applicable for 30 days. after checking he told us that power board of refrigerator is faulty, and it will cost around 3350 INR. I had no choice at that time, so I agreed, and he left the site saying that he will come after 3-4 days to replace part, now almost 12 days passed there is not a single update from Bosch customer care, I have marked many mails and getting ack' in revert.
It is nightmare for me, If I were aware that Bosch will provide this type of service, I would never go for Bosch.
You can imagine how are we suffering to manage without refrigerator.
Really, I am feeling very cheated now.
