This is regarding an issue wherein the service id is : [protected].
Firstly without giving a resolution you folks have closed my ticket I have even bought an extended warranty which is still valid thankfully and you people are fooling around. I have no clue what you folks are doing.
This is really surprising and equally shocking to me your service folks did not resolve my ticket but happily cancelled it [protected]. They came first day asked me to see if Ice forming is happening for 3 to 4 days which I did and shared them the screenshots over whatzapp and the issue was still there.
Also second time they came and put a machine inside my refrigerator and asked me to wait for 1 week after that they came and collected after 2 weeks literally and since they have taken it is totally 4 weeks and today I got to know they have happily cancelled the ticket such carelessness with such a big brand like BOSCH am sure it will be your reputation hit am going to speak about this to all my circles.
You folks are pathetic and good for nothing,
Every time I call your customer care the person says I will put you on priority. Is the priority being assigned to close the ticket without any resolution absolutely disgusting.
Am unable to store items in refrigerator from past 2.5monts as they are constantly rotting such a pain you people are putting me through. No basic common sense in you folks to understand the customer issue.
