Hii boult team
Its bhupat paliwal i recently replace my boult audio true5ive ear buds from customer service center but in few days i observe that one of my ear buds is not charging properly and not working. So please replace my full unit and send a tested pice of boult audio true5ive and please ensour that at next time this issue not occur again

Boult Audio Probass curve purchased on 27th Dec 2019 is not functioning. It's not getting on with power switch.

I had brought my boult device before 3 months from online & from yesterday left side pod is not working & m not able to hear any sound

My blutooth headset neck band was not working its working when plug the charging
When removeing the charger Bluetooth headset was switched off
