[Resolved] Boult Audio — volume has gone incredibly low

Wireless headset doesn't produce volume anymore. It has suddenly degraded. I need an exchange or money back immediately. I bough lt it from amazon in the month of july 2019.

Sometimes it takes minutes to get connected via bluetooth channel and it's been a pain when you are on the verge of joining official calls.

I could not even find a customer complaint number or a contact to report my issue. If the escalations increase in this fashion, boult should consider to withdraw it's services

I ordered a boult audio wireless earphone from flipkart and i received a product which is not working . So, i need a replacement as soon as possible, and i'm so unsatisfied with the product that irritates me alot.

I bought this headphone from myntra.com last 7mnths back. I have an issue with this, is that left on earpiece is not working. I really not satisfied with it. So kindly look at this matter. And kindly replace it, It is under warranty period. Its very usefull things to my regular basis life... So i really very disapponting with this...
