BPTP — bptp parkland pride charging escalation cost and reducing compensation amount

Hello Everyone, I am creating a whatsapp group for the Victims of BPTP Parkland Pride Sector 77 Faridabad. I booked the Flat in 2012. After booking the Floor, The Buyer Agreement was signed in 2013 in which the Clause of Escalation Cost is cleverly inserted with other name. Now on 17 June 2018, i received a mail from BPTP mentioning Escalation cost of 3.63 Lacs. Also they delayed the Project by 802 days (1.9 Lacs) and blaming Government policies for the delay. For that they have reduced the project delay to 1.5 years and giving Compensation of around 1.5 years. I bought the Floor on CLP plan. They said the Policy guidelines cleared in 2014. If that has been the case, why BPTP took 80% of the Payment before 2014. This is clearly an unjustified explanation which is leading to serious Fraud. I have a ground floor flat in BPTP Faridabad which I have taken possession in Jan 2018 after clearing all dues. They still send me inflated bills with pending arrears and when I write to them, I just get auto responses, no real action at all. They never respond to the phone calls despite me calling from overseas. Pathetic service !!!
