BPTP — maintenance fraud by bpms

Hi all,

I have purchased a 3bhk+t flat in bptp princess park faridabad sector-86.
I am paying 6000 as maintenance per month as my flat area is 2200 sq feet. According to norms it should be 5000 but they are again adding 1000 bucks extra in electricity siting outside area which is fraud.

Let me highlight the concern:-

1. You get no maintenance service at all. For simple services you have to call hundred times and have to spend the entire day but no result.

2. I have submitted request as in the shaft which is illegally constructed, people are throwing all dirt and garbage even used condoms but they are not giving permanent solution. Narendra yadav site in charge brought goons to my apartment when asked for service. They even punctured the tyre of my car when i escalated further. They become abusive, rude and even do not know how to talk and behave to ladies. They refused to take written complaint when my wife visited the site office and even talked to her very rudely.

3. I have called customer service 100 times and talked to umesh but all they give lies, manipulation and start scolding you guys and try to put the entire blame on you. We are paying for the services and they want us to salute their bosses, disgusting and pathetic.

4. Even dinesh kumar (Gm) facility is not responding to my call aur sms and i have shared all these to him. They all are corrupt to the core.in the name of maintenance there is fraud, loot, cheating and high degree of manipulation.

5. There is mail trail going on with bpms customer services including mr. Kabul chawla but till date no success or result.

6. Inside the campus there are 20 to 30 stray dogs and in the name of security nothing. These dogs have bitten many children. Entire places are covered with dog poo/faeces/dung and nobody cares to clean it.

7. There are rats everywhere, in the last 5 days i caught 6 to 7 from my own apartment.

8. Roads are completely broken and project team are not constructing it. I do not take out my cars these days. My wife, while ridding her scooty fell down numerous times.

9. High degree of electricity fraud and that's the reason they are still not using prepaid meters. I am paying 10000 bucks each month for electricity and maintenance, inspite of me being owner. It appears i am staying in a rented appartment

All in all pathetic, disgusting and shame on these guys. My earnest appeal to all do not... Do not... Do not involve your hard earned money in any of bptp projects. Trust me you will regret your entire life...

Hard copy of Electricity bill not serving by bpms at my several request for unit no V 42 H, Second Floor, requested once again for the same to bpms.
