Britannia Industries — got offer letter form britannia but asking money for bank account opening

Dear sir,

I had seen a vacancy of operation manager posted in shine.com. I applied for the same. After one day i got a call from some ms riya singh and i was asked that my interview will be held and if i get selected i will have to pay rs. 2000/- her mobile number is +91-[protected]. Thereafter i got a call from this number +91-[protected]. She said she was calling from hr department. She took my interview and later told me that i would be informed about the result within an hour. After that i again got a call from riya singh and she said that i have been selected as operation manager at lucknow location and i would have to pay rs 2000. Then only my offer letter will be released. So i paid him the said amount. Next day i got the offer letter too. However in that letter i have been asked to pay rs. 6050/- again for bank account opening and insurance charges.

Please clarify is it genuine or fake?
